ANGRA – New Album A Hit In Japan

ANGRA’s new album, Temple Of Shadows, is reportedly a huge hit in Japan. According to the band’s official website the album sold over 20,000 copies in its first week of release. It was also had the highest ratings in Burrn! Magazine for the October issue, actually receiving the next to impossile (by Japanese metal press standards) 100 points.

In other news, drummer Aquiles Priester is on the cover of this month’s Modern Drummer Brazil magazine. In an interview he opens the vault and offers all the details about the recordings of the new album and other aspects of his career.

No official North American or European release dates for Temple Of Shadows outside of Japan have been set.
