ANTHEM Bassist Naoto Shibata Diagnosed With Cancer; Tour Postponed

Japanese metal veterans ANTHEM have announced that bassist Naoto Shibata has been diagnosed with cancer.
A message from the band states: "The next Japan tour has been postponed due to the medical treatment for Naoto's stomach cancer. He will make the comeback at the first Ozzfest Japan in May. Please keep up your support and send your message to @anthem_official on Twitter!"
Last year, Anthem issued a new single, 'Evil One', their first release via Universal.
The three-song single tracklist features 'Evil One' and live studio recordings of 'Empty Eyes' (from Bound To Break) and 'Shadow Walk' (from No Smoke Without Fire). Order the single via CD Japan here.
