ARCH ENEMY Vocalist Alissa White-Gluz On Montreal Show - "Thank You To Everyone For Making My Hometown Show An Incredible Experience"

On October 27th, Arch Enemy performed in vocalist Alissa White-Gluz's hometown of Montreal, Quebec. She has checked in with the following update:

"Playing Montreal last night was, to me, the most important show to date. Thank you to everyone who was there for making my hometown show an incredible experience I will never forget. Having my parents and real friends witness and experience the Arch Enemy show last night with so much love and support in the air was more than I could ask for. Thank you so much. You all made me really proud yesterday, and I hope I made you proud too!"

To celebrate their current tour, Kreator and Arch Enemy have released a split 7”. This exclusive transparent red 7” (limited to 500 copies) is available at the merch table; a dark red 7” (limited to 500 copies) will also be available on the European tour.

Split 7” tracklisting:

Side A (Arch Enemy)

"Breaking The Law" (Judas Priest cover)

Side B (Kreator)

"Iron Destiny"

Arch Enemy's take on the classic Judas Priest anthem, "Breaking The Law", can be heard below.

Michael Amott (guitar) comments: "When we do covers, we have a tendency to pick somewhat obscure songs. However, the iconic "Breaking The Law" anthem by Judas Priest is anything but that of course! This just started with a fun jam in the studio, and during the process, we tried to make it sound as Arch Enemy as possible - it turned out pretty f'n cool, and here it is...Enjoy!"

Kreator’s Mille Petrozza (vocals, guitar) recently commented: “Finally, after all these years, Arch Enemy and Kreator not only tour together, but will also release a split single! I have always been a fan of this stuff since these are special little collector’s items. We chose the song "Iron Destiny" for this. Lyrically this is a tribute to the early days of the band, the days when we were young metal-heads, discovering the music that we still love to this day. Kreator is looking forward to this run and we hope to see all of you!”
