ARMORED SAINT To Release New Album In 2015; John Bush Reveals First Track Titles

LA-based metallers, Armored Saint, will release a new album in 2015, via the band's new deal with Metal Blade Records.

Appearing as the first guest on Bob Nalbandian's Inside Metal program, Armored Saint vocalist John Bush reveals, "We've been writing songs for about a year, a year and a couple months maybe, and we're about ready to do drums. Everything's done a little differently these days, recording-wise. A lot of vocals have already already sung. It's gonna be awesome."

Bush added, "I'm proud of what we're doing, I think it's gonna be a cool record. We don't have a title yet, but it will come out next year, and then we'll do some shows."

Tracks to appear on Armored Saint's new album include: "Win Hands Down", "Mess", "Muscle Memory", "An Exercise In Debauchery", "In An Instant" and "Up Yours".

About "Up Yours", John Bush says, "It's gonna be a great song, a very big anthem-type vibe to it. It's not gonna sound anything like "Can U Deliver", but if there was a vibe that just kind of felt like that, it's this song. "

Inside Metal will air live every Tuesday from 3 - 4 PM, PST. Watch John Bush's appearance on the program below:

On the latest edition of Radioactive Metal, the hosts speak with filmmakers Bob Nalbandian and Carl Alvarez about their new documentary Inside Metal - Pioneers Of L.A. Hard Rock and Metal.

Radioactive Metal’s relationship with heavy metal handyman Bob Nalbandian goes right back to their very beginning. Their first guest ever, Nalbandian has worn many metallic hats over the years in both journalism and radio. Now he can add filmmaker to his already impressive resume. Bob made it a mission to bring the untold story of the L.A. Metal scene, leading up to the mid ‘80’s glam explosion. With his good buddy Carl Alvarez in tow, armed with a camera, a vast wealth of knowledge and experience, the fruits of their labor will soon be enjoyed by all in the form of Inside Metal: Pioneers Of L.A. Hard Rock And Metal. They give the floor to Nalbandian and Alvarez discussing the creation (and all that went into it), memories of that era, and what you the fans can do to get this cinematic masterpiece into theatres. In their News, Views, and Tunes, the hosts share their adventure at the ‘80s In The Park festival  and crank some old school Angel and Hellion.
