Live Disease was filmed and recorded at the 19th Annual Brutal Assault Festival at Fortress Josefov, Czech Republic on August 8th, 2014 where Broken Hope shared the stage with Devin Townsend, Amon Amarth and other metal titans in front of 20,000+ fans.

Broken Hope founding-father Jeremy Wagner says: "Playing Brutal Assault in 2014 was a dream come true. Being one of the Main Stage acts at the fest in front of those thousands of insane fans was also a HUGE dream come true.
