Legendary drum maestro and one of the most innovative skinsmen the world over, CARMINE APPICE, talks with WVOX.com Metal Mayhem hosts Matt O'Shaughnessy and Tony Gizzo this Friday, December 13th at 8:30 PM, EST - heard on WVOX.com Worldwide and 1460 AM in New York.

Carmine talks about his new Rocker Records Label, stating: "It's going to be a lot of digital stuff, we have a website now called rocker-records.com which will keep news of what's coming out and what's available and all that."

The four initial releases were unleashed via Rocker Records on November 19th including BOGERT / APPICE & Friends, TNA (featuring Appice and guitar master PAT TRAVERS) - Live In Europe, and two concert recordings from Appice's highly influential post-VANILLA FUDGE group CACTUS, Live In Japan and Live In The USA.

Appice has appeared prominently in a variety of groups over the years, starting with Vanilla Fudge in 1966 which had five charting albums beween 1967 and 1969. Appice and Vanilla Fudge bassist Tim Bogert then formed Cactus. In 1973, APPICE, BOGERT AND BECK was created. Among the iconic drummer's prestigious resume includes the supergroup KGB. Always busy, Appice was a part of BLUE MURDER and KING KOBRA.
