Puerto Rico-based doom metal band Doomlord have revealed the official cover art for what will be their first full length album, Black Testament. The cover was design by sound engineer and graphic artist, Juan Carlos Ruiz, from Archeus Creation Solutions, who is also the designer of

the band's split album, Almas Malditas.  

“This art cover was design according to the theme songs and the album title. Also reflects the essential doom metal identity of the band and the deep dark message we carry in our lyrical,” comment Dark Nerudas.

The Black Testament CD will be produced by lead vocal and band leader Dark Nerudas and released via Emanes Metal Records. The album will include seven songs and a Black Sabbath cover. Release date to be announced soon.

The first official music video from Doomlord is for the song “Ilusion”. The clip was produce by Juan Carlos Ruiz and the Archeus Creative Solutions crew in Puerto Rico. The track is taken from Doomlord’s Spanish split album, Almas Maldita”, which will be released on June 30th via Emanes Metal Records.

Almas Malditas was produced by Dark Nerudas and recorded, mix and mastering by Juan C. Ruiz at Archeus Creative Solution Studio in Aguada, Puerto Rico. The split is share with Chile/Belgian doom metal band King Heavy as part of the Authentic Metal Workship Series Vol. 3 of French label Emanes Metal Records.

“This album represents the dark epic and traditional doom metal influences of the band,” state Nerudas. “We start our first official album release in spanish language to share our Dark Doom Music with our brothers and sisters in Latin America and Spain and soon the full length CD will be an english lyrics work as international language for the metal world.”
