IRON ENSEMBLE - Classical IRON MAIDEN Cover Band Streaming Part 2 Of “Alexander The Great” Single

The blending of classical music and heavy metal has always been a matter of discussion and we have seen some different versions of this. However, with Iron Ensemble it’s the very first time that we hear heavy metal songs performed by classical instruments only.
Iron Ensemble is a septet from Greece, consisting of a harp, piano, guitar, two violins, viola, violoncello and contrabasso and they are covering Iron Maiden songs.
The first CD single from the band, for the song “Alexander The Great”, is out now and the band has released the second part of this epic song as a taster.
The CD single includes a 10-minute version of "Alexander The Great", plus the same song divided in 6 parts, as a suite (total running time: more than 20 minutes). The 8-page booklet, also has the artwork, by the great Tommy Pons, as a folded poster and it’s available through their websites ironensemble.com and ironensemble.bandcamp.com.
