JANI LANE Joins GREAT WHITE

Gibson Guitars reports that former WARRANT frontman JANI LANE has announced that he will fill in for GREAT WHITE singer JACK RUSSELL while Russell recovers from his recent major surgery for a perforated bowel. Lane was quoted as saying, “I consider it an honor and a privilege.”
Sandwiched between US and European dates with Lane, Great White will perform at the Stockholm Rock Out festival in Sweden on September 11th, with PAUL SHORTINO (QUIET RIOT, ROUGH CUTT, KING KOBRA) on vocals.
The November 12th show in Medina, MN will also be of special interest as on that night, Great White will play a one-off show with Jani Lane's previous band Warrant - currently fronted by Robert Mason.
