JOURNEY's Neal Schon Featured In Premier Guitar Rig Rundown; Video Online

Journey guitarist Neal Schon’s well-documented history of guitars includes a plethora of Gibsons and Kramers, but his current #1 is a NS-15 Neal Schon Signature Model from PRS. Premier Guitar recently caught up with Schon for a rig rundown, which can be viewed below:
Schon joined forces with bassist Marco Mendoza (Black Star Riders, Ted Nugent, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy) and Journey drummer Deen Castronovo (Ozzy Osbourne, Steve Vai, Hardline), to create a unique body of work with jazz and blues-inspired virtuosic hard rock playing. The released an album entitled SO U on May 20th via Frontiers Records. Check out the official EPK (electronic press kit) below:
The new album features Schön, Mendoza and Castronovo splitting vocal and writing duties, with many of the tracks also co-written by Night Ranger/Damn Yankees songwriter, singer and bassist Jack Blades. Of SO U, Neal Schön commented, "This is a great new record that features all three of us - Deen, Marco and myself - sharing lead vocals. Enjoy!"
