L.A. GUNS Expand North American Tour, Add BLACK SABBATH Cover To Set List

L.A. GUNS - featuring vocalist Phil Lewis, drummer Steve Riley, guitarist Michael Grant, and bassist Scotty Griffin - have confirmed a slew of new shows in North America.
Furthermore, the band has added a cover of BLACK SABBATH's 'Fairies Wear Boots' to their current set. Griffin elaborates, "A crazy idea of ours a few weeks ago to play the Black Sabbath song 'Fairies Wear Boots' live, actually came true and it's been fucking awesome! I was a huuuuuge Black Sabbath fan when I was a teenager. We're talking HUGE! As anybody who knew me back then will attest. I carved OZZY into my fingers with a pin one day at school when I was bored.
Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine that I'd be in L.A. Guns (who I'd later become a huge fan of after my Sabbath phase) one day playing a Black Sabbath tune to crowds going wild!! Fucking rad!!! Don't give up on your dreams people. They might not come true exactly as you imagined them. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes they sneak up behind you, hit you over the head, and say 'Bet you never even dreamed about doing THAT, did you???' It's only rock n roll, but I live it, eat it and breathe it!"
