LEMMY And SLASH To Be Honored At Indie Entertainment Summit Awards

The 2015 IES (Indie Entertainment Summit) Rock Honors Awards will be handed out on August 5th. This will be a historic night featuring the induction a trio of icons on their 40th Anniversaries including Lemmy Kilmister and Motörhead, The Ramones, and The Runaways (actually 40 years to the day, that Joan Jett met Cherie Currie, with Kim Fowley in North Hollywood – blocks from the event, and formed the iconic all female group); and special induction of Slash (with a speech to help induct his hero Lemmy); with help in inducting with special tributes by members of Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Megadeth, and many more.
