Blood Into Wine will screen three times at Spook Hall in Jerome, Arizona on August 8th with the first two screenings (11:30am and 2pm) followed by a Q&A; with the film’s star and area vintner Maynard James Keenan (of TOOL). The final screening (6pm) will be free to Jerome residents with a small donation to a local non-profit charity of their choice.

Blood Into Wine is an award-winning documentary that highlights Keenan and vineyard partner Eric Glomski as they work tirelessly towards establishing a thriving wine community in the harsh terrain of Northern Arizona. Filmcritic.com dubbed the documentary a “rock ‘n roll version of Sideways” and the Village Voice said it is “…one of the most intriguing documentaries we’ve seen in a while.” The film premiered in February of this year and has screened in over 100 cities worldwide.

The Blood Into Wine DVD, Blu-Ray and the accompanying soundtrack from PUSCIFER, Sound Into Blood Into Wine, will be released on September 7th.

Spook Hall is located on Hull Avenue, just below Main Street. Tickets are available at the Caduceus Cellars Tasting Room (158 Main St., Jerome). Also by phone: (928) 639-9463.
