Metallica frontman James Hetfield and former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar were the headliners last night (May 15th), when an all-star lineup of Bay Area musicians came together for the first annual Acoustic-4-A-Cure concert, benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Program at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, at the Fillmore. Hetfield performed the following four-song acoustic set: "Nothing Else Matters" "In My Life" (The Beatles cover) "Until It Sleeps" "Turn The Page" (Bob Seger cover) / "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" (Green Day cover, with Joe Satriani and Billie Joe Armstrong) Footage from the event can be seen below:
