NIKKI SIXX - "Yes, The Heroin Diaries Book Is Being Turned Into A Broadway Play"

NIKKI SIXX of MÖTLEY CRÜE and SIXX: A.M. fame has checked in with the following update:
"I’ve been getting asked this a lot lately…The answer is: Yes, The Heroin Diaries book is being turned into a Broadway play. More news to follow in the next few months. We’re getting pretty far down the road. We hope for a late 2013 or early 2014 for it to open."
The Heroin Diaries is a collection of diary entries written between Christmas of 1986 and Christmas of 1987 chronicling Sixx's wild lifestyle, drug addiction, descent into paranoia and depression, and his subsequent recovery. The book includes a whole bunch of amazing black-and-white photographs, lyrics, random thoughts and artwork.
