Swedish metallers NOSTRADAMEUS have posted the following message at their official website:

"This Monday (July 31st), Michael Åberg (guitar) and Nostradameus (without any hard feelings or fist fights) decided to part ways.

Michael felt that he did not have the time nor the commitment needed to continue with the band in the future. We wish Michael good luck in the future, with his future bands and projects.

Nostradameus will continue the work with the coming album Pathway as planed and when time comes we'll start looking for a replacement for Michael, this will not delay the album or its release in any way!

Cheers, Michael for your years in the band! Cheers to all fans out there, we love you!"

As previously reported, Pathway is due out in late 2006/early 2007 and will include the following tracks (in no particular order): 'Wall Of Anger', 'No Trace Of Madness', 'Not Only Women Bleed', 'MDCC Pt. 1', 'MDCC Pt. 2', 'The Untouchebles', 'Death By My Side', 'Until The End', 'Demon Voices', 'Welcome To Living', 'P.I.R'.
