SAMMY HAGAR Guests On New TV Show, On The Menu

This Friday, November 14th, Sammy Hagar joins his friend, legendary Chef Emeril Lagasse and host Ty Pennington, for the first season of their new show, On The Menu.
The competitors, four everyday cooks, must impress the Red Rocker and create a new Mexican dish for both of his restaurants - Cabo Wabo Cantina, and Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill.
On the Menu airs on TNT Friday, November 14th at 8 p.m. (ET/PT).
The day after his 67th birthday (October 14th), Sammy Hagar (Chickenfoot, Van Halen) released Lite Roast, an album of new acoustic versions of songs he’s recorded with longtime Wabos guitarist Vic Johnson.
“I realize that when I played my songs acoustically it made me sing different,” says Hagar. “It brought a new light to the lyrics that I d written throughout my career. It's very live, very personal with Vic accompanying me on guitar and singing background vocals. No overdubs...I think that my hardcore fans are really going to love it.
