SIXX:A.M. Announce First Live Show Since 2009; To Stream Live On iHeartRadio

James Michael, DJ Ashba and Nikki Sixx, collectively known as Sixx:A.M. will celebrate the release of their new album, Modern Vintage, by playing their first live show since 2009 on the night of release day, October 7th.

The band’s performance will take place at the iHeart Theater in Burbank California. The show, as well as a Q&A; with the band about the new album, its influences and the band’s future plans will be broadcast exclusively live on iHeartRadio and select Clear Channel radio stations. Sixx:A.M. are also expected to make a big announcement at the event that evening which will have fans buzzing… Tune in to listen to the live broadcast of the show on October 7th at 7 PM, PST on iHeartRadio.

 

 

Fans of Sixx:A.M. have the opportunity to attend the exclusive one-off show by entering to win tickets here. The grand prize will be roundtrip coach airfare for two from Orbitz, two nights hotel accommodations at the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport, two tickets to the Sixx:A.M. concert, signed copies of limited edition Modern Vintage vinyl and a meet & greet with the band.

The highly anticipated third album from Sixx:A.M., Modern Vintage, is scheduled for release October 7th via Eleven Seven Music. A new lyric video, for the album cut "Stars", can be seen below:

Singer James Michael and guitarist DJ Ashba said that the project morphed into a band on this record, which combines the sounds of music past and future. Watch an Artisan News video report below:

Sixx:A.M. is streaming their new song "Let's Go", taken from Modern Vintage.

Sixx:A.M. has also uploaded a video discussing "Let's Go". The band says: “If you were watching college football this weekend, you may have heard a little bit of this track…check out what we had to say about ‘Let’s Go’ from Modern Vintage.”

Sixx:A.M. are streaming their cover of the Cars hit “Drive” below. The track is pulled from the band’s third album, entitled Modern Vintage, scheduled for release October 7th via Eleven Seven Music.
