STRYPER’s MICHAEL SWEET goes One On One with Mitch Lafon and talks about his I’m Not Your Suicide solo album and Honestly: My Life And Stryper Revealed autobiography. The two also discuss writing for a solo album compared to a Stryper album, the upcoming Michael Sweet/ GEORGE LYNCH (Ex-DOKKEN) album, the bullying Michael endured as a child, the ChildHelp charity, losing his wife to cancer, Jim & Tammy Faye Bakker, ANTHRAX's Scott Ian, CHARRED WALLS OF THE DAMNED's Richard Christy and his time in the band BOSTON.

Sweet will release his new solo album, I'm Not Your Suicide, and his new book, Honestly: My Life And Stryper Revealed, on May 6th. He has posted an excerpt from Chapter 30, found below:

"Despite knowing that I needed to get out of this band, I felt guilty for letting Rob, Tim, and Oz down. Mostly Rob. Actually, that is the only reason it took me so long to do it. I didn’t want to let them down. I wanted out, I just didn’t know how to go about it."
