San Francisco, CA-based metallers VICIOUS RUMORS have issued the following update:
"Vicious Rumors new CD Warball is rolling full speed world wide as VR get ready to tour the USA. VR has already toured Europe with BEYOND FEAR in Nov '06 and got rave reviews on there live show.Warball was #4 in Rock Hard Magazine, #4 in Heavy Magazine in Germany, Top 5 in Arrdshock Magazine Holland and 8.4 of 10 in Burrn! Magazine. And a full spread in Young Guitar in Japan. Journalist Fish from KNAC.com called Warball a "sherman tank on a roller coaster!!" Mark Gromen of BW&BK; put Warball in his top 6 of 2006.
Stephen Goodwin Has been touring with VR on the bass and will fill in for Dave Starr who recently left the band. We wish Dave good luck with his new group WILDSTARR.
VR starts the US tour at home February 23rd at 505 Club in Santa Rosa, CA and February 24th at Roosters Roadhouse in Alameda CA. Dates in March are booked in Texas with ETERNITY BLACK and OMEN. Dates in Florida with CRIMSON GLORY and gigs in Ohio with guest LAW OF DESTRUCTION featuring members of Beyond Fear. The ball rolls on to Puerto Rico, LA, San Diego, Las Vegas and all over the US in 2007
Vicious Rumors will return to Japan for two shows in Tokyo at Club Quattro with guest RIOT on April 18th and 19th. A tour of Europe in June with guest AGENT STEEL that will include major festivals are all in the works now. Don't miss Warball live when VR rolls through your town."
