Viking folk metallers WARDRUNA have just announced that they will return to Oslo, Norway for an appearance at Riksscenen on Friday, October 18th.

Multi-intrumentalist Kvitrafn commented: "It’s been a long time since Wardruna performed in Oslo, so we are very excited to be presenting the songs from our new album Yggdrasil for our fans in Oslo!"

As reported previously, Wardruna will play live in the UK for the first time, at Queen Elizabeth Hall on October 24th, with special guests STEINDÓR ANDERSEN and HILMAR ÖRN HILMARSSON.

"I'm very glad to finally be performing in the UK and that one of the finest concert halls in England will house Wardruna. It has always been very important to me that our concerts are made within the right aesthetic conditions, where the places we play and our musical expression complement each other. Then we are in a much better position to create special moments both for us and for the audience." - Einar Kvitrafn Selvik - Wardruna

Tickets are available at Kililive.com and Southbankcentre.co.uk. An event flyer can be seen below:
