Colorado Rock Fest "Not Scheduled For Pikes Peak International Raceway"

An event dubbed The Colorado Rock Fest was reported here last week via a blog by California metallers RUTHLESS (see blog attached). The festival was reportedly being scheduled for June 12th-16th at Pikes Peak International Raceway in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
However an organizer from the Pikes Peak International Raceway has contacted BraveWords.com saying that they don't have the event scheduled.
A number of acts were supposedly confirmed for the fest: APRIL WINE, BRET MICHAELS, DOKKEN, FIREHOUSE, GREAT WHITE, L.A. GUNS, SKID ROW, TRIXTER, Axe, Y&T;, RATT, BULLETBOYS, LITA FORD, W.A.S.P., FASTER PUSSYCAT, BRITNY FOX, UFO, JACKYL, SLAUGHTER, WINGER, WARRANT.
