EUROPE - German Tour Video Diary Online, Performing Today At UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen

Swedish rockers EUROPE recently wrapped up their German tour and have issued a short video diary of the experience. It is available at the bottom of the page.

As previously reported, Europe will perform at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark today (December 7th). They will perform four songs, old and new, in front of the expected tens of millions of worldwide TV viewers and 20,000 people ar Parken Stadium.

On December 14th Ironbird via Cherry Red Records will be releasing a double CD package bringing together two albums from Swedish rock band EUROPE. Europe are currently enjoying something of a renaissance with a critically acclaimed new album and a return to the live stage, with a series of UK gigs scheduled for February 2010. Their only London gig in 2009 at the Relentless Garage on November 1st is already sold out.

Opening track, Superstitious, from this 1998 album provided a UK and US Top 40 hits as Europe continued to produce rock music with admirable craftsmanship and memorable hooks.
