MY RUIN Vocalist Comments On Cancellation Of European Tour - "It Had Nothing At All To Do With My Health Or The State Of Our Band"

MY RUIN vocalist Tairrie B Murphy has issued the following update:
"Hello Friends!Thank you for all the supportive and kind comments you have left as well as the overwhelming amount of heartfelt letters to my inbox on my personal page. I simply cannot write everyone back personally and we are still unable to disclose the details of our decision to cancel the tour at this point publically, but please know that it had nothing at all to do with my health or the state of our band as many of you have written asking me. We are trying to keep things as professional as possible on our end in light of this all going down so close to our album release but all will be revealed when the time is right.
Truth be told, after our last announcement, Mick Murphy and I needed to take a little break from social networking to deal with the business and personal side of the unexpected blow we were dealt in regards to our tour which kind of knocked the wind out of us for a moment, but today is a new day and although many of you have already beaten us to the punch by all the posts we have read in our news feed, we have a few new special announcements which we would like to celebrate in spite our our recent setback and this is our first....
