Corrosion Of Conformity brought it home to their home state North Carolina on a brisk evening on December 8th playing to a huge crowd of loyal fans. This wasn’t just any CoC show though; this was the original Deliverance line up of Pepper Keenan, Woody Weatherman, Reed Mullin, and Mike Dean. The men in CoC ran through the tracks of Deliverance and Wiseblood as if they have been together all these years since their release and never skipped a beat. CoC’s blistering set proved to NC that they are still on top of their game and reminded us all that they are true pioneers of metal….not that we ever had forgotten.
