The 2009 edition of the Dong Open Air festival is scheduled for July 17th - 18th, in Neukirchen-Vluyn (near Krefeld), Germany.
The first acts confirmed for the festival include: AMORPHIS, RAGE, CAST IN SILENCE, ELEXORIEN, IN DECEMBER, and SHEEP HEAD.
