FOX News has posted video footage of the American Idol judges - including AEROSMITH frontman Steven Tyler - searching for talent for the 10th season of the show in Austin, Texas. Check out the footage below:
As previously reported, American Idol doesn't mean the end of Aerosmith. Guitarist Brad Whitford swears Steven Tyler's TV gig won't get in the way of a new record. "We might actually get more work done because we haven't always been so disciplined when it comes to schedules," Whitford tells Boston.com.
"When Steven's filming, it'll only be two days a week, so it's our intention to do some new recording on his days off." And is Tyler on board with that plan? "Yeah, he's excited," says Whitford, who thinks Idol could make Aerosmith even more popular.
