AEROSMITH's Steven Tyler Auditioned For LED ZEPPELIN

AEROSMITH guitarist Joe Perry has confirmed that Steven Tyler did, in fact, audition to join a LED ZEPPELIN reunion in 2007.
In a recent interview with Classic Rock magazine, Perry revealed that the singer never told the other bandmembers about the audition and that the "communication breakdown" is indicative of their relationship.
Tyler, however, reportedly turned up unprepared for the audition and ultimately returned to his post in Aerosmith.
"Steven disappeared and I called around," Perry said in the interview. "Somebody said that he was in London trying out for Led Zeppelin."Read the full report at this location.
