British metallers ANATHEMA are inviting you to submit your designs for an exclusive t-shirt for their fall European tour. The band are giving you virtually free reign on what you design but bassist Jamie Cavanagh had a few pointers on what the band is hoping to see in the winning shirt:

"Something that is eye-catching and original. I like intricate clever design and symmetry, but also simple striking realistic stuff, so both extremes. What makes a good t-shirt to me is one which incorporates an image that is synonymous with the music, that’s cleverly thought through or skillfully designed. I’d like the design to work with a variety of different coloured t-shirts. Our fans are a talented bunch so I’m really excited to see how they interpret the design brief!’

Prizes include:

- 4 tickets for an Anathema show of your choice during the fall tour
- Meet & Greet with Anathema for you and up to 3 other friends
- Signed copy of We’re Here Because We’re Here Special Edition
- 6 t-shirts in any sizes featuring your very own design

Terms And Conditions:

- The design is for the FRONT of the shirt only.
- The design must include the band’s logo, which is simply Times New Roman font (double spaced), like this: A N A T H E M A
- You also need to include the words ‘We’re Here Because We’re Here’.

Create your design in a 300 DPI Photoshop file but submit it as a 72 DPI .jpg. If you create the winning entry you will be contacted for the 300 DPI Photoshop file so keep it safe.

Entries should be sent to this email address only: designcomp@anathema.ws.

All submissions need to be received by midnight on August 26th. Anathema will pick the winning design and the winner will be announced on the band’s website on September 1st.

Participating in this competition means you automatically sign over all copyrights to Anathema for the design(s) submitted.

You can enter more than one design.

Make sure you include your name, address and telephone number on your email submission.

You must be 18 years or older and photo ID may be required on request.

The band’s decision is final.
