Brazilian metallers ANGRA have released an online game on Guitar Flash format as a new way to promote their latest album Aqua, on October 12th in North America via SPV/Steamhammer.

The game containing their first single ‘Arising Thunder’ is similar to the classic Guitar Hero which allows the player to perform a guitar sound through a joystick or a computer keyboard. Go here to play.

Aqua is Angra's first new album in four years, following up their 2006 release, Aurora Consurgens. The album will be available in four formats: a limited edition digipak that includes a bonus CD featuring a career spanning overview of the Edu Falaschi-era, a standard jewel case edition, a double LP edition that includes three bonus tracks, and as a digital download.
