ARCH ENEMY - Angela Gossow Wins Metal Female Voices Award

ARCH ENEMY vocalist Angela Gossow has issued the following update:
"The Metal Female Voices Festival ran an open poll for fans to vote in 10 different categories. Apparently I was nominated (didn't know about it at all) and won in the category 'most beautiful opera voice'... hahaha... not!Ok - I won in the category 'Best Growls & Grunts'... oh yeah. No kidding.
I am not very much into this sort of thing - unless it's something real. And this one actually comes straight from metal fans and not some old fart poser jury. That shit rocks!
The lovely folks from the MFV festival gave us a surprise visit at the Mass Deathtruction Festival in Belgium we just played this weekend to present me with this impressive award. It is very heavy and I could easily kill a person or two with it. I might make good use of this some day. hehe.
