Artist Series Guitar Releases Signature TOMBS, COLISEUM Guitars

Artist Series Guitar (ASG) has announce the release of exclusive signature guitars from Brooklyn’s experimental doom-scuzz metallers TOMBS and Louisville’s punk rock/D-beat road warriors COLISEUM.
According to a press release, “the Tombs guitar is adorned by the highly detailed countenance of an undead beauty and reflects the intensity and artistry of the band.”
The guitar was designed by Mike Wohlberg, who has done artwork for the band previously including t-shirts, posters and the cover of the band’s 12” split with the band PLANKS.
Vocalist/guitarist Mike Hill commented: “Night Of The Living Dead is one of my favorite movies and I’ve always loved that one poster with the zombie girl’s face half-obscured by her hair. It was frightening and also kind of alluring. In some ways, that concept has been a muse for the band. I want to create powerful music that is brutal and intense but also alluring and filled with emotion. I communicated this idea to Mike (Wohlberg) and he went for it.”

The Coliseum signature series is adorned with a stark crust-punk image of the grim reaper and was designed by the band’s frontman/guitarist Ryan Patterson. Check it out below:
