Canadian rocker BIF NAKED, who is recovering from surgergy following a renal infarction - "which meant part of my kidney, basically, choked" according to Bif - has checked in with the following update on her condition:

"Namaste and word up! This week has been ripe with positivity, effort, and complete focus. I am very happy to say I am feeling better every day, and feeling so lucky...so fortunate..and so blessed. Om Nama Shivaya. Fuck yeah! I want to thank everyone for continuing to send your sweet wishes and lovenotes, and I want to express my deepest and most humble gratitude. I also want to say we are booking show for July! Holy hearthole! Let us rock!
