BISON B.C. To Hit The Studio This Month

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based doom metal band BISON B.C. will be entering the studio this month to start recording their follow-up to Quiet Earth, which was released via Metal Blade Records on September 30th, 2008. The band will be working once again with the respected engineer/producer Jesse Gander (3 INCHES OF BLOOD, SUBHUMANS) at The Hive Studios in Burnaby, British Columbia.
James Farwell the guitarist and vocalist for the band just recently did an interview with The Obelisk website about the upcoming record, song writing and the recording process, the different ideas behind the new record and the touring plans for 2010. You can read the interview at this location.
Bison B.C. are especially known for their intense live shows. Blending traditional heavy metal with undertones of hardcore punk and thrash metal they have built themselves a strong fan base around North America. The band have toured with the likes of 3 Inches Of Blood, GENGHIS TRON, BARONESS, THE OCEAN COLLECTIVE and PRIESTESS.
Look for the new Bison B.C. CD as of yet untitled to be released in the spring of 2010.
