Florida-based metal band BLACK REIGN - featuring singer Wade Black (ex-CRIMSON GLORY) - have parted ways with former MANOWAR drummer Kenny Earl "Rhino" Edwards due to personal and private issues.

A band statement reads: "Rhino has informed us that he has to leave all of his current projects, including Black Reign.

This also means that Black Reign will be unable to play the upcoming new years eve event."

Guitarist Rick Renstrom adds: "Albeit short lived, its unfortunate that Rhino has had to leave. Call it what you want, but we can only respect him and wish him all the best. He was only a piece in this puzzle and I am confident we will have some better news very soon.."

In other news, Black Reign has uploaded two new song samples - 'Aftermath' and 'Creation' from the their Conflict Of Creation' record at Myspace.com/blackreignband.
