BLACKGATES Featuring SLAYER, Ex-ANTHRAX Members Stream "Burn Eternal" Demo

Current Slayer drummer Paul Bostaph and ex-Anthrax vocalist Dan Nelson, along with two members of The Venting Machine - guitarist Jeremy Von Epp and bassist Luis Barillas - have joined forces as BlackGates.
Formed in late 2009 with the vision to re-explore classic elements in metal, while remaining as heavy and catchy as humanly possible. BlackGates wrote their first five songs during 2009 and with much enthusiasm, they entered the studio to record a three-song demo in late 2010. Since then, the band has been concisely working on a body of music with the goal of signing a record deal with a good label and releasing their debut album by the end of 2014.
