BLIND GUARDIAN, NEVERMORE Confirmed For Norway's Metal Heart Festival

BLIND GUARDIAN and NEVERMORE are the latest acts confirmed for Metal Heart, a new two-day metal festival which will take place August 17-18 at Tapperiet in Notodden, Norway. The festival billing is now as follows:
