CHILDREN OF BODOM Tap TESTAMENT As Direct Support For October New York City Tour Date

Finnish heavy metal giant CHILDREN OF BODOM has announced a fall, 2008 U.S. headlining tour in support of its critically acclaimed new album Blooddrunk. The scheduled four week, 25 city Children Of Bodom tour will kick off on September 11 in Baltimore, MD and criss-cross the U.S., closing with a bang on October 10 in Worcester, MA.
COB has tapped metal veterans TESTAMENT as special support for its NYC tour stop on October 9 at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Testament – currently on the road alongside JUDAS PRIEST, HEAVEN AND HELL and MOTÖRHEAD as part of this summer’s Metal Masters tour – is touring to back its latest studio album, The Formation of Damnation. The tour’s previously-announced opening acts BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER will also appear.
