DARKSIDE have issued the following update from their current European tour supporting MOONSPELL

"Hi,

Just checking in to tell you a bit about the tour so far.

We had great fun playing Milano, Treviso, Zagreb, Belgrad and Budapest so far. The crowds were amazing, the promoters helped us a lot, the food was great everywhere (especially Italy of course...) and there was a bunch of nice people out on those shows. Thank you all very much!

We have the luck to tour with the guys in Moonspell and their fantastic crew who help us a lot in all situations and our special gratitude goes out to Towers, Manuel and Jorge Pina, who is really trying to do his best to give us the best result he can get from our stage performance. Eternal hails!!!

Also, we finally added a complete new song from our new record, Amber - Skeletal Journeys Through The Void to our MySpace profile, as well as three 'voiceover' takes from our new album. Check this out here.

Tomorrow we are going to Munich and meet back with the guys in Moonspell for the second leg of our touring activities. We also look forward to see a fantastic show of NAPALM DEATH, BEHEMOTH, DEW-SCENTED and ROOT as this will be the last date of the No Mercy Festivals, so I guess, a party is likely to be on, haha.

We are looking forward to see all our friends in Poland again. Four shows in Poland, fantastic! DARZAMAT have been added as a further support for three of the Polish shows. We have decided to dedicate the song 'Dying World' each of these four nights to our dear friend Docent, late drummer of VADER, who has been a true friend for us since we toured together for the first time in 1993. May his memory never fade...

Zlin is going to be a very special night for Darkside because in that area we have relatives and many friends, so hopefully they will all come out and have a nice evening with us - bring some friends and let´s have a party. As far as I am concerned, my children live near Zlin and they will attend the show, so this is really going to be a special one for me!!!

Finally, Salzburg is going to be our homeshow and the last with Moonspell for this tour. With the addition of ENSIFERUM, SUIDAKRA and NAILDOWN, that should be a night to remember for everybody !
