DECAPITATED - Vocalist In "Very Serious But Stable" Condition

The following statement was released by DECAPITATED vocalist Adrian "Covan" Kowanek's family regarding his condition following the collision that killed drummer Witold "Vitek" Kieltyka:
"Covan had an operation earlier this week, and his current condition is described by doctors as "very serious but stable." He will remain in the hospital in Kraków, and visits from anyone other than family is still strictly prohibited at this time. We appreciate everyone's understanding and support on this matter and will continue to update any changes when they happen."As previously reported, Decapitated's website was recently updated with the following message:
"On December 2nd, exactly a month after our dearest friend and brother (drummer Witold "Vitek" Kieltyka)died in a tragic accident, the musicians from the following bands: HATE, SCEPTIC, CRIONICS, HEART ATTACK, VIRGIN SNATCH, THY DISEASE, DELIGHT will be playing a tribute concert to honour Vitek's memory and help his family. All bands are going to prepare special set-lists for this occasion and all proceeds will go to Vitek's family fund.All friends and fans of Decapitated are welcome to take part in this extraordinary evening which will be held in Krzysztofory Club ( 2 Szczepanska Street ) in Cracow. This is going to be the first of the series of concerts dedicated to Vitek's memory organised in Poland and around the globe. We'll keep you posted on similar events scheduled in Warsaw, Katowice, Trojmiescie and other cities in Poland, as well as in London and Los Angeles!
