DESDEMON Cancel Tonight's Scheduled Performance At GAMMA RAY's New York City Show

DESDEMON have announced the last minute cancellation of their support show for German bashers GAMMA RAY in New York City tonight (January 28th):
"Due to illness, DesDemon will not be able to perform this show with Gamma Ray. To all that have bought Will Call tickets online, you will still be able to pick them up at the show. Just go to the box office, and ask for the DesDemon Will Call. There is a list of everyone that has purchased a ticket through DesDemon."DesDemon issued the following announcement in October 2010 with regards to their new record deal for Japan:
"It's an honor and a privilege to sign with such a prestigious and honorable company such as Media Factory's Radtone Music.We have been ironing out the details of our partnership for a bit now, and we are glad to say that finally we are moving forward. Currently we are in the stages of pre-production for our first full length album, to be released on Radtone Music exclusively in Japan in early 2011. Without getting into great detail, the full length will be a next step in the evolution of DesDemon.Currently, this particular lineup has not officially recorded yet, as for The Awakening we had a guest keyboardist for the EP. For this upcoming album, we are looking forward to a fully orchestrated symphonic power metal album. The album will be dark, somber at times, & full of unbridled rage as only we can bring you! There will be some special guest appearances on the album from some of our celebrity friends that we have crossed paths with in our travels as well. We will also be enlisting the services of Gaetano DiFalco again for another great album cover with the character of DesDemon. As we get through the preliminary stages of the albums recording we will be sending out more statements and info on the special guests, track listing, album cover, and so on.
