DIRGE WITHIN Guitarist Issues Update

Chicago-based metal band DIRGE WITHIN, who recently signed a worldwide, multi-album deal with E1 Music, have issued the following update from guitarist Shaun Glass:
"Wow, this summer flew by and a lot is on deck for the next few months.Our CD release show is Friday, August 28th in Kenosha, Wisc. We feel this scene is one thee most die hard metal areas and from day one embraced our band so we thought it would be the perfect place for this special night for us.
We have some killer bands from the area supporting us so please get there early as this will be total chaos.
Also, Tuesday, September 1st is the release for our debut on E1 entertainment so we wanted to have a nice intimate drinking night with close friends and open to the public, so the lovely people from chicago's Delilahs are hosting a full on listening party as well as playing the new video ('Forever The Martyr') which also will be on MTV2 Headbanger's Ball (soon) and last but not least we are so stoked to begin the proper album touring cycle with our fellow metal brothers in the mighty TRIVIUM on there first proper US headline tour for Shogun, along with the ultra brutal WHITECHAPEL and the crushing D.C. veterans DARKEST HOUR (sadist nation owns).
