DISTORTED - New Album To Feature THERION, DRACONIAN, ABORTED Members

Female fronted Israeli metal stalwarts DISTORTED are about to enter Underground Studios with producer Pelle Seather to record the follow up to their 2006 album Memorial.
Vocalist Miri Milman comments on the material 'We are extremely thrilled about the new material, it has been a couple of intense months for us, focussing on nothing but the writing and every little detail. The new album is going to be a huge leap forward for Distorted, everything just fits together. The material is more mature, catchy and intense at the same time whilst keeping the oriental melodies and singing that marked our style before, it just takes it to a whole new level'.
To complete the package, Distorted's new album is going to feature guest appearances of Thomas Vikström (THERION), Lisa Johansson (DRACONIAN) and Sven De Caluwe (ABORTED) , who will also be doing the artwork for the record. More updates on artwork, track listing, album title and such will be available in the coming weeks as well as studio reports on the bands MySpace/YouTube sites.
Distorted recently signed with Candlelight Records and this new album should be released by early 2008.
