ELYSIA Sign With Ferret Music

Ferret Music has announced the signing of Californian based death-core outfit ELYSIA. The band consists of Zak Vargas (vocals), Mark Underwood (guitar), Steven Sessler (drums), Danny Lemonsqueeze (guitar) and Jeremy Chavez (bass). On signing to Ferret, Vargas replied ?We are not only excited as fans of the label but as people. We spoke to other labels and they seemed not to understand our scene and they were all business. Carl Severson at Ferret runs a top notch label with a diverse roster of artists and also is a genuine person.?
The band, who have just completed a national tour with WITH BLOOD COME CLEANSING, ARSONISTS GET ALL THE GIRLS and KNIGHTS OF THE ABYSS, will enter the studio with Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE) this December to record their Ferret debut for a 2008 release.
