Ex-MEGADETH guitarist Jeff Young (SOULS ON 11) has launched an as-yet-unnamed project with drummer Lux Drummerette. He recently commented on the new endeavour:

"I'm over the band concept. It's a dinosaur... put a fork in it. We're approaching this is a duo incoporating loops, DJs, soundscapes and assorted players per song/show/tour as needed. We sound full enough, we don't need much else."

Stay tuned for updates.

Young recently checked in with the following Souls On 11 update:

"Here's our new and live Souls On 11 music video; a re-rendering of the amazing STEROPHONICS tune 'Maybe Tomorrow'. Is this song from the flick Crash? Someone told me that at NAMM, but I digress. Please view at 1080p cuz it looks and sounds kewler..."

The clip below is from Souls On 11's first official concert, which took place at the intimate West Hollywood venue, Genghis Cohen. The clip above features Young, vocalist Guernica Mancini, ex-Megadeth bassist James Lomenzo, and guest vocalist Debby Holiday. The clip will be featured on Souls On 11's forthcoming live DVD.
