FAREWELL TO ARMS Announce Split After Three Years Together

German metallers FAREWELL TO ARMS have posted a lengthy statement on facebook regarding the future of the band, which starts with "Farewell To Arms go away, but we're not disappearing!" The bottom line of the statement is that the band is splitting after more than three successful years together.
"After more than three amazing years, F2A want to say goodbye to you! And we want to say THANKS! The last years have been incredible. It's amazing what we've experienced and accomplished as band as well as individuals. We've met lots of people, talented musicians and other bands. We've traveled to beautiful places and stages and had lots of fun with other bands.
Even though we split, everyone of us will dedicate his life to music - in different bands or projects. Thank YOU for your loyal support. Without you, F2A wouldn't have been what it is today.
We'll play four last gigs next year, like the Domination Festival 2 in Augsburg, Germany. The final three shows will be announced soon.
