Former WILL KILLMORE Drummer Charlie Corletta Teams Up With KILL THE FIXTION To Pay Tribute To THE MISFITS

Former WILL KILLMORE drummer Charlie Corletta, has stepped behind the kit with New Jersey based KILLED THE FIXTION to help pay tribute to legendary horror punk band THE MISFITS.
The tribute consists of three tracks recorded by Killed the Fixtion and Charlie Corletta at Hellhound Studio in Rahway, New Jersey and will be available exclusively for free download this Halloween on the band's official Facebook page.
Corletta commented: "When I was approached by Killed the Fixtion with this idea I was honored. The Misfits, especially the American Psycho Lineup have always been a huge inspiration behind my playing. I am really impressed and excited with how tight the recordings came out, and what better way to pay tribute to The Misfits than by releasing the tracks on Halloween.”
Tracks ‘Resurrection’, ‘The Haunting’, and ‘Dig Up Her Bones’ were all recorded live by the band with Jerry Ramos in the engineer's seat.
Killing The fixtion vocalist Nelson Ceron also commented: "We wanted to show just how tight of a band we are, share our love for The Misfits songs, and how lucky we were to have Charlie on board for this project. There are too many bands over producing their records and we felt doing just that would be an injustice to these songs."
