FUNERAL PROCESSION Confirm First Live Show In Two Years

German black metallers FUNERAL PROCESSION have issued the following update:

"After (guitarist) C:R:A joined the ranks of Funeral Procession at the end of last year, the band has started to rehearse with Ghal as a bassist as well. The rehearsals until now went quite well. This is also why the first gig in almost two years can be confirmed: Funeral Procession will co-headline the Saturday of the Av Is Og Ild III-Metalfest on May 4th/5th. Other bands performing there including NEGURA BUNGET, MANEGARM, ODEON and KERBENOK. This will be the first time that songs from the debut album will be performed live. Negotiations about other gigs are still held at the moment. In other news, the band has started to record two new songs, among them 'The Red Vine Litanies', which is scheduled for release on the forthcoming Multi-Split-Vinyl on Ván, and clocks in at about 20 minutes."
