Sweden's IN FLAMES have cehcekd in with the following update:
"Alright Jesters, In Flames needs your help!
In Flames has been nominated in Årets Hårdrock/Metal (Metal Act of the Year) in the Swedish competition, Rockbjörnen. Click this link and vote for In Flames in the category Årets Hårdrock/Metal.
For the non-swedish Jesters:
1) Choose In Flames in the category Årets Hårdrock/Metal.
2) Press the button "Nästa" at the bottom of the page.
3) Type in your first and last name ("För & Efternamn")
4) Type in your e-mail adress ("E-postadress")
5) Fill out your age ("Ålder")
6) Select your gender ("Kvinna" = Female, "Man"= Male)
7) Type in the answer to the control question (simple equation)
8) Press the button "RÖSTA"!

As previously reported, Heavy T.O. / Heavy MTL have announced that due to LAMB OF GOD singer Randy Blythe recent incarceration in the Czech Republic (he was released on August 2nd) the band will not be appearing at the festivals taking place on August 11th and 12th in Toronto and Montreal.
The festivals have announced that In Flames have been added to the festival lineup. In Flames will play on Saturday, August 11th at Heavy T.O. and Sunday, August 12th at Heavy MTL.
