On Saturday (August 25th) MetalHead.ro spoke with IRON MAIDEN frontman BRUCE DICKINSON while he was in Romania at the Black Sea to present an aero-show. The video interview with Bruce can be seen at this location.
As recently reported by MaidenFans.com, in an interview with Swedish newspaper Expressen, Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain says that the band's next world tour will start in January next year, with a mention of a show at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden, at some point during the summer. However, as Nicko has been known to say a lot of things, consider this a rumour until further confimation.
Other Iron Maiden tour rumors include a tour in Latin America in February 2008, which would allegedly include concerts in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia.
The only confirmed live date for Iron Maiden is the Wacken Open Air 2008, scheduled for July 31st - August 2nd, in Wacken, Germany. The band are rumored to be resurrecting the Powerslave stage show next year.
